One-day course on dips for Fox and Bugg, emphasizing technique, connection and safe execution. Both roles must have completed beginner courses in both styles and be able to keep time. Doors 09:15; course 10:00–16:00, lunch around 12:30. Price 550 SEK, club members 450 SEK. Fika, fruit, coffee and tea included; meal not included, fridge and microwave available.
